Is Tuesday the Middle Child of the Work Week?

A lot of people start counting down their work week beginning Sunday evening. With Game of Thrones off for the season, what do we we have to look forward to in order to get through the week?

From poppy songs, media, happy hours, etc. we have received subliminal messages about the days of the traditional work week.

Let’s take a look as some common names for weekdays:

Monday — Manic Monday

Tuesday — ???

Wednesday — Hump Day

Thursday — Tomorrow’s Friday

Friday — Friday

Wait…. why does Tuesday not have a nickname in regards to work? Taco Tuesday does not count! Is Tuesday the middle child of the work week overshadowed by the beginning and end? You tell me…

Please do not continue to disregard Tuesday by ignoring its place in the week; it does not deserve to be left out and is the rightful heir to the space between Monday and Wednesday. Let’s show some respect!

Make Tuesday be proud of its position during the work week and have a great day by making your actions stand out! Give Tuesday something to be remembered for.
