How to Meal Plan and Hit Your Goals

Do you know what and which quantity you should eat for your goal?

Now that you know what you need, head to the grocery store and get all the items on the list, enough for the next 2–3 days.

Did you know that when shopping for groceries while hungry, people tend to buy more food? And not just any food, it’s mostly high kcal, so have that in mind while shopping.

Check your schedule an evening before or in the morning, to find the most convenient times to prepare and have meals (snacks included)

If you don’t plan your meals, you’ll leave your diet to chance, and it usually doesn’t end well. To deal with a heavy schedule, you can always pack a protein bar or some nuts that you can eat on the go.

Small food containers are also a good choice if you have a way to carry them, that way you’ll always have a meal consistent with your diet plan.

You don’t need to be Gordon Ramsay to make a nice meal. Beginner lever skills are more than enough; frying eggs, roasting meat in the oven, cooking rice/pasta, stir-fry vegetables, etc. Even if you’re not sure how to do this, you can always look up tutorials on YouTube.
