The client, for its digital presence, uses multiple brand and region-specific websites. But inconsistent content management and delivery resulted in a high turnaround time for content changes across their numerous brand websites.

Along with that, their product data was decentralized, resulted in data duplication and longer time to market, reducing marketing agility. There was inconsistent user experience in accessing different brands’ websites.

The client also lacked privacy compliance with GDPR for Europe. Moreover, their webshops were not integrated in real-time with ERP systems to handle the online selling.
