Dead

Have you ever felt that you have already lost who you are, that your soul is dead, that your feelings are numb?

I do.

People ask me “How are you?” and all I can respond is shaking my head and say “I’m okay.”

But I don’t even know whether I’m okay. I’m just immune to all kinds of news and feelings.

I guess when things hit your limit, you are just too overwhelmed to feel anything.

Is it a good thing? I don’t know.

I’m just not who I used to be anymore. But at least, on the bright side, shit can’t get any worse.
